At AM PM, we specialize in trade and manufacturing, operating across multiple jurisdictions. As we continue to grow and expand our global presence, we are looking for a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team for part-time work as an external contractor.

Tasks

• Drafting and negotiating contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Ensuring compliance with commercial laws and regulations.
• Acting as a legal expert in negotiations with partners.
• Preparing corporate documents and handling legal matters related to company registration, liquidation, and restructuring.
• Collaborating with different departments and international offices.

Requirements

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Strong project management skills (task prioritization, deadlines, adaptability).
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate complex legal situations.
• Nnowledge of English (B2-C1), Russian (C2)
