A well-established social psychiatric center in the Greater Bremerhaven region is seeking to employ a Licensed Clinical Psychotherapist (m/w/d) immediately. This position involves a direct employment relationship with our client. Doc Personalberatung facilitates contact with the employer and supports you throughout the hiring process until contract signing. Our consultation services are always free of charge.

Your Profile:

• You hold a valid German license (Approbation) as a clinical psychotherapist (m/w/d) specializing in behavioral therapy or depth psychology.
• You possess extensive experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
• You demonstrate creativity and commitment in patient care.
• You have excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with various professional groups.
• You are motivated to develop and expand modern care structures.
• You work independently and with a structured approach.

Your Responsibilities:

• Providing psychotherapeutic treatment within one of our centers.
• Expanding regional outpatient care centers with comprehensive, complex therapy offerings.
• Collaborating with other specialist areas to ensure holistic patient care.
• Contributing to the continuous development of organizational structures and processes.
