These will be your responsibilities at OPmobility:
Loading the equipment with the corresponding parts
Performing self-checks to ensure correct positioning of parts on the machines
Monitoring the quality of the parts
Assisting with machine changeovers
Washing various parts according to specifications
Fixing defects on rework parts using sandpaper or a grinding machine
Placing parts in the correct racks, trays, or carts with proper labeling
Taking on additional related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Communicating with supervisors and colleagues
What you bring to the table:
Initial experience in production or a skilled trade is desirable
No formal training required – career changers welcome!
Basic knowledge of the German language
Team player with reliability and a careful working style
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
