SPTS wafer processing solutions include market-leading silicon etch, dielectric etch, dry-release etch, PVD, PECVD and molecular vapor deposition (MVD®), available with a range of wafer-handling options applicable to R&D, pilot production, or volume production environments. SPTS is headquartered and has its main manufacturing facility in Newport, UK, with additional manufacturing in Allentown, Pennsylvania. SPTS operates across 19 countries in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, and offers comprehensive service and spare parts support through a worldwide network of service centers and qualified local agents.
Primary Purpose of Role:

To be part of the spares team to facilitate customer/internal spares orders, shipment of goods, customer returns handling and repair processing.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration of customer orders
Communication with customers by phone and email
Quotation and invoice processing for customers
Ensuring order entry and dispatch documentation information is correct
Internal communication within SPTS/ KLA by phone and email in English language
Follow-up and escalation support for field engineer and service contract orders
Initiation of customer repairs and parts return
Shipment tracking and support for customs clearance process
Occasional initiation of outbound shipments
Minimum Qualifications

Commercial education or relevant background

Key Behavioural Competencies:
Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills are essential (German and fluent English)
Must have a flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team working
Candidates should be very data driven and understand the importance of customer satisfaction
Skills and Experience:

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate an understanding of a production environment, have experience of the SAP ERP system desirably and be competent in the use of the Microsoft office packages (Excel specifically).
