Your role:

As our Logistics Support Coordinator (m/f/d), you will work in our Customer Success Team to ensure that our customers experience excellent customer service and that all requests are handled smoothly and efficiently.

You will:

  • proactively handle customer errands through our live chat, Email and phone, as well as coordinate with carriers and partner support teams
  • ensure first class service for our B2B customer
  • identify trends or issues and collaborate with internal teams on solutions to improve the customer experience and reduce support tickets
  • develop and set processes for the growing customer success team at Sendify
  • guide our users on how to optimize logistic flows to ensure a great customer experience

    • Your profile:

  • You have professional experience within a similar customer service role
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written German (Minimum C1 level)
  • You are a strong team player and highly motivated to take on responsibility and ownership in your role
  • You have a strong sense of empathy for customers and strive to offer a high value service, and to build strong relationships with them

    Deine Rolle

    Als Logistics Support Coordinator (m/w/d) arbeitest du in unserem Customer Success Team und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden einen exzellenten Kundenservice erfahren und dass alle Kundenanfragen reibungslos und effizient bearbeitet werden.

    Du wirst:

  • Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen proaktiv über unseren Live-Chat, Email & Telefon und sprichst dich mit den Support-Teams von Anbietern und Partnern ab
  • Du stellst einen erstklassigen Service für unsere B2B-Kunden sicher
  • Du identifizierst Trends oder Probleme und arbeitest mit internen Teams an Lösungen, um die Customer Experience zu verbessern und die Anzahl der Support-Tickets zu reduzieren
  • Du wirst Prozesse für das wachsende Customer Success Team bei Sendify entwickeln und implementieren
  • Du wirst unsere Kunden anleiten, wie sie ihre logistischen Abläufe optimieren können, um eine großartige Customer Experience zu gewährleisten

    • Dein Profil:

  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion im Kundenservice mit
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens C1-Niveau)
  • Du bist ein hervorragender Teamplayer und hochmotiviert, in deiner Rolle Eigenverantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Einfühlungsvermögen für Kunden und bist bestrebt, ihnen einen exzellenten Service zu bieten und enge Beziehungen zu ihnen aufzubauen
