Position: Machine Operation Specialist (m/w/d)

Location: Knittlingen
Employment Type: Full-time, 2-shift system
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and safe workflows
• Set up, adjust, and start machines according to production plans and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to maintain machine functionality
• Monitor production processes and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Document production data, machine conditions, and any deviations accurately
• Collaborate with technical and quality assurance teams to optimize production efficiency

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in machine operation, industrial mechanics, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in machine operation and production environments is desirable
• Strong technical understanding and a careful, methodical approach to work
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• German language skills at least at B-level
• Team player with flexibility, reliability, and commitment
