Position: Machine Operator for Paper Processing (m/w/d)

Location: Bretten (Baden)
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Working Hours: 35-40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery used in the production of brochures and other paper products from large paper rolls.
• Monitor machine performance continuously to ensure smooth, efficient production.
• Document production processes and maintain quality records.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues promptly to maintain production flow.
• Adhere strictly to quality standards and production targets.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and ensure safety compliance.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a machine and plant operator or equivalent qualification.
• Practical experience operating production machines, preferably in paper processing or a related field.
• Basic skills in machine maintenance and fault diagnosis.
• Ability to perform minor tool changes and adjustments independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality assurance.
