We are currently looking for a Manager to establish and develop our new healthcare business unit in Germany. This is an outstanding opportunity for a recognized expert in the healthcare sector with a track record of developing new business and building high-performance teams. The responsibilities of this role span strategy and solution ideas to the execution of solution development, go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. This position will report to the Country Manager DACH.
Key responsibilities include:
Creation & execution of a Go-To-Market strategy for Lenovo's healthcare business in Germany Close interaction with WW Brand & Solution teams as well as our partner landscape to build and deliver health care solutions Build & lead a small, scalable team of solution sellers Leverage competencies of our partner landscape to include Lenovo as part of their healthcare sales plan Collaborate with the Sales leaders and teams to drive the healthcare business Key interactions include: Regional Sales Organization, Strategic partners, Product Management Team, Finance, WW Brand, Services Position Requirements:
Minimum of 8+ years' experience in business development In-depth expertise across the Healthcare HW and SW ecosystem; experience in building new capabilities Track record of building, leading and managing a high-performance Healthcare solution sales team Strong communication and problem-solving skills in an autonomous, leadership capacity High degree of creativity to find new ways to create, alter, and coalesce enablement processes Spirit of entrepreneurship requiring high-energy, proactivity, and teaming/collaboration Hands-on mentality (you will be leading a team while being responsible for business development yourself) Strong negotiation and influencing skills required as well as an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and decision makers at various levels of the organization This position can be located in our offices in Essen or Stuttgart or home based.
