Manager Inside Sales (m/f/d)

Permanent full-time

Your tasks with us:

Management and further development of the inside sales team

Ensuring and continuously improving the process chain from inquiry to delivery

Ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and attractiveness through service, system and logistics solutions; Contract negotiation

Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments

ABC customer classification with the aim of standardization, cost reduction and release of potential

Permanent improvement of work processes and tools used in order processing and related departments

Commissioning of area managers and representatives

What you bring with you:

Excellent sales experience in an OEM company

Experience in sales management

Strong analytical and statistical skills

Independent, committed and careful way of working

Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken

High quality awareness and ability to work in a team
