Compa is an Operating System for small architecture firms. We are a venture backed team of 7 and have 200+ happy customers.
Mission
Our mission is to simplify or remove administrative tasks for small architecture firms, enabling them to focus on creativity and client satisfaction. We enhance architects' workdays with user-friendly software and caring interactions.
Vision
Our vision is to be the operating system for European construction SMBs, empowering them to create groundbreaking architecture and construction, continuing Europe's thousand-year legacy of building excellence.
Strategy
Our strategy is to understand architects' needs better than everyone in the market, combining this insight with our product engineering expertise to deliver valuable solutions as fast as possible.
Aufgaben
Until now, I have owned and executed most of the tasks below. I need someone eager to take some of these off my plate:
Improve existing growth efforts
- User interviews: all our successful growth ideas came from customer conversation. You will have multiple of them per week as a foundation for getting new ideas and testing them quickly.
- Blog: Craft blogs & align with freelancer to drive more relevant organic users to our webpage.
- Webpage: Build new and optimize existing landing pages in Webflow.
- Videos: Record videos to drive visitor conversion and user activation.
Build new growth engines
We don’t have a “done” growth motion yet that just needs improvement. There is many levers we need to discover and (dis-)proof. For that we need to run experiments on different channels, messages, user profiles, etc. Think of:
- PR launches: what magazines do architects read?
- New channels: would architects convert from Pinterest Ads?
- Emails: how can we use emails to resurrect old leads?
Qualifikation
- Native German is a must. Our community of Architects speaks German and all our external communication is in German.
- Practical Problem Solver. You like to execute more than to plan. We film a new Ad idea in minutes not days. We launch a Webinar within a day, not a week.
- Optimistic Visionary. Building a GTM motion is hard and takes time. We enjoy the progress before reaching the goal.
- Tech-savvy hacker. You will need to figure out many things by doing them the first time. Build a new webflow landingpage. Or track webinar views in our CRM. Or record a professional-looking video without professional tools.
