We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Master Data Specialist" (d/f/m)

Your tasks:

• Create, update, and maintain master data records across various business systems, including material, vendor, customer, and finance data
• In addition monitor master data changes and intervene in case of not authorized changes
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits to identify and resolve discrepancies, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Ensure all master data processes and workflows are followed according to established governance policies
• Work closely with different departments (e.g., procurement, sales, finance) to support their master data needs and ensure data accuracy
• Investigate and resolve master data-related issues and tickets in a timely manner
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of master data processes, policies, and definitions
• Provide consulting to project teams about how to make best use of master data in the context
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, processes, and tools, and support the implementation of new master data initiatives.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of:
  • IT / Information Systems
  • Process improvement
  • Quality management
  • Supply Chain / Logistics
• Knowledge in change management, lean management and process management
• Knowledge in SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
• Knowledge in JIRA and Confluence
• Negotiation-level German and English skills
• Good analytical skills
