Position: Mechatronics Test Specialist (m/w/d)

Location: Pfinztal

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

• Designing and organizing test procedures and workflows for diverse experimental assessments based on provided instructions.
• Independently selecting and procuring necessary components and materials.
• Performing precise assembly and disassembly of components with critical evaluation of processes.
• Documenting test outcomes thoroughly in detailed reports.
• Planning, executing, and analyzing tests and measurements on assemblies and products.
• Constructing and evaluating prototypes, samples, and series products.
• Managing coordination with external service providers in fields such as electrical engineering, calibration, and maintenance.
• Developing, standardizing, automating, and programming new measurement tasks while continuously seeking process improvements.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively.

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or an equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience conducting laboratory experiments, managing measurement tasks, and supporting testing and measurement stations.
• Practical skills in setting up foundational and automated testing procedures.
• Proficiency in English.
• Independent, proactive, and meticulous working style.
• Strong teamwork skills, initiative, willingness to learn, quick comprehension, and flexibility.
• Knowledge of mechanics and hydraulics is advantageous.
