We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director for Emergency Medicine (m/w/d) to join a well-established clinic known for its excellent reputation. Your Responsibilities:

• Leading the medical acute patient care, including shock room management.
• Organizational leadership and ongoing development of the Emergency Department.
• Supervising and mentoring medical trainees in clinical emergency medicine, including duty and rotation planning in collaboration with internal specialty clinics.
• Improving organizational workflows and processes with a focus on interdisciplinary cooperation.
• Active participation in quality development projects.

Your Profile:

• Board certification in General Medicine, Anesthesiology, Surgery, Internal Medicine, or Neurology, with additional qualification in Acute and Emergency Medicine.
• Several years of experience in interdisciplinary emergency care (e.g., emergency department, intensive care unit, emergency medical service).
• Proficiency in emergency procedures and diagnostics.
• Professional and approachable demeanor.
• Compliance with legal requirements, including proof of measles immunization.
