Medical Director (m/w/d) for Internal Medicine and Nephrology with Leadership Responsibilities in Augsburg ABOUT THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director (m/w/d) specializing in Internal Medicine and Nephrology for a well-established clinic in the Augsburg metropolitan area. This is a permanent position with a direct employment contract between you and our client. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comprehensive care and management of patients with nephrological conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Execution of all standard extracorporeal renal replacement therapies, including home dialysis and apheresis treatments
• Diagnosis and treatment of complex metabolic disorders, particularly lipid metabolism disturbances
• Medical supervision of patients before and after kidney transplantation
• Organization and optimization of consultation hours and treatment workflows in both practice and dialysis operations
• Development and implementation of innovative medical treatment concepts to enhance patient care quality

YOUR PROFILE

• Board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine and Nephrology with substantial clinical experience
• Strong empathy and responsibility in caring for patients with chronic kidney diseases
• Collaborative and respectful working style within interdisciplinary treatment teams
