We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Specialist (m/w/d) for a well-established social psychiatric center located in the Greater Bremerhaven region. This position offers a direct employment contract with our client. YOUR PROFILE

  • You hold a German license to practice as a psychological therapist with specialization in behavioral therapy or depth psychology.
  • You have extensive experience and expertise in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders.
  • You demonstrate creativity and commitment in caring for your patients.
  • You possess strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various professional groups.
  • You are motivated to develop and expand modern care structures.
  • You work independently and with a structured approach.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing psychotherapeutic treatment to patients.
  • Expanding regional care centers by developing comprehensive outpatient services.
  • Collaborating with other disciplines to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Contributing to the advancement of organizational structures and workflows.
