What we offer: Reach top pay faster: Start immediately at 19.27 EUR per hour . From your first day, you are guaranteed 90% of the hourly wage paid to permanent employees. Under the IG Metall agreement, you will receive full equal pay after only 5 months

Your responsibilities: Select the correct abrasives and use them in the appropriate sequence
Grind and finish weld seams
Inspect finished surfaces using the required measuring equipment
Carry out corrections or rework where necessary

What you bring: Completed vocational training in an industrial or skilled trade, for example as a CNC Machinist, Metal Technology Specialist, Metal Grinder, Metal Fabricator, Carpenter or in a comparable profession
Alternatively, strong practical skills and previous experience as a career changer in a metal production environment
A friendly and approachable manner
The ability to work well as part of a team
Reliability, motivation and a strong work ethic
