Motion Designer with AI Expertise (m/w/d)

Your mission

We're looking for you! A talented Motion Designer , a key expert in AI-driven creativity and a solid foundation in design. You'll support our team across four countries, bringing a unique international perspective to our projects. You'll be using AI tools and experimenting with them daily to enhance storytelling and be at home in both animation and design. At OVAL, you'll create visual content that emotionally engages our audience and enriches the concepts of Creation.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and creating dynamic, moving graphics and animations, as well as visually striking stills and layouts.
• Producing compelling case movies that showcase our projects and bring them to life through storytelling and motion design.
• Using AI tools and prompt-based design techniques to create innovative visuals and support dynamic storytelling.
• Exploring and implementing 3D design elements to enhance the depth of our visuals.
• Collaborating closely with our creative, content, and strategy teams to ensure coherent storytelling across all media.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in artificial intelligence, motion design, visual design, and 3D, and ensuring our content remains fresh and relevant.
• Contributing unique, visual ideas that leverage the capabilities of AI and 3D design in brainstorming sessions.

Your profile

• Experience as a Motion Designer with a portfolio showcasing both motion graphics and design skills, ideally including some 3D work.
• Proficiency in design and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI-based tools).
• Experience working with AI tools for visual design, including prompt-based generators and image editing software.
• Creativity, curiosity, and a willingness to experiment with AI and 3D to discover new ways of storytelling.
• Solid understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
