We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Non conformance Manager" (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

  • Manage quality related supplier discrepancy reports and claims
  • Manage Customer claims E2E in the scope of Spare Parts/Aftersales market
  • Support the resolution of operational issues from a quality persepctive
  • Support Customer facing teams to resolve quality issues in a timely manner for eg. Aircraft on Ground orders
  • Participate in audits to demonstrate Satair processes in the scope of Spare Parts and Kits
  • Manage, train, coach, motivate the global quality expert network

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in the field of Aircraft construction, aerospace or a comparable qualification
  • More than two years of professional experience in the field of engineering, aircraft construction, quality management and quality assurance
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • First knowledge of zamiz
  • Proficient knowledge of German
  • Fluent in English
