Your Responsibilities

Are you eager to contribute to the energy transition by working directly on offshore wind turbine operations? As an Offshore Wind Turbine Field Technician (m/w/d), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of offshore wind energy installations. Your tasks will encompass hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain uninterrupted energy production.

• Perform scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on offshore wind turbines.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and software to identify technical faults and implement effective solutions.
• Document all maintenance activities and technical findings accurately to comply with quality standards.
• Support the coordination and execution of maintenance campaigns in a 14-day offshore rotation.
• Adhere strictly to health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure safe offshore operations.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a technician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, or comparable qualification.
• Several years of practical experience in operating and maintaining wind turbines, preferably in offshore environments.
• Physically fit and medically certified for offshore deployment, with readiness to work in 14-day offshore shifts.
• Possession of a crane operator license is advantageous.
• Proficient German language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork orientation, and flexibility under challenging offshore conditions.
