Online Store Manager (German language) (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Provide consultation to customers on AM PM products. Be available on the corporate phone number daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and answer incoming calls
• Respond to customer inquiries on marketplaces and the online store
• Handle complaints regarding orders on marketplaces and the online store
• Process shipments on the transportation company website
• Perform administrative tasks for the online store

Requirements

• Fluent German and English languages
• Availability to be always reachable on the corporate phone number
• High learning ability - ability to understand the details of a technically complex product such as plumbing and be ready to answer any questions
