Tasks

• Consult customers on AM PM products.
• Answer incoming calls on the corporate phone line (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• Respond to customer inquiries via marketplaces and the online store.
• Handle order-related complaints on marketplaces and the online store.
• Process shipments through the transportation company’s website.
• Perform administrative tasks for the online store.

Requirements

• Fluent German and English languages
• Availability to be reachable on the corporate phone number (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
• High learning ability - ability to understand the details of a technically complex product such as plumbing and be ready to answer any questions
