Onsite Service Engineer (m/w/d)

PEC is an international technology supplier, committed to enable the production of green batteries for a Blue Planet. We are looking for a Onsite Service Engineer to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our German office, but will require you to remain on-site for extended periods, including weeks or months as needed. By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large scale battery factories in Europe and the United States.

Tasks

We are seeking a skilled Onsite Service Engineer to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations on our customer sites. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for site management, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

• Supervise daily on-site operations and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and technicians
• Monitor progress and provide regular reports on project status to management and all stakeholders
• Manage the procurement of materials and ensure proper inventory levels.
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with engineers, and other departments at PEC ensuring a smooth project delivery.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• A Proven experience in site management
• A hands-on approach and strong leadership skills
• Excellent reporting and problem solving skills
• Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills)
• A valid driving license and is willing to travel to project sites up to a 100% of your time
