Position: Operational Buyer (m/w/d)

Location: Oberderdingen
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with technical departments to accurately define purchasing requirements and product specifications.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process including request for quotations, evaluation of supplier offers, and order placement.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and handle order confirmation reviews to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain and update supplier and material master data in the ERP system, ensuring data integrity.
  • Proactively research and identify potential new suppliers to enhance procurement options.
  • Prepare and support purchasing and contract negotiations, including documentation for contract finalization.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and processing.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training.
  • Practical experience in procurement or purchasing is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Confident communicator in both written and verbal business interactions.
  • High degree of initiative, independence, and teamwork skills.
