Your tasks

  • Act as the primary point of coordination for the B2B Operations & Fulfillment team, ensuring seamless communication with internal stakeholders and 3PL partners.

  • Oversee staffing and holiday planning to maintain uninterrupted operations and sufficient capacity during peak periods.

  • Manage B2B inbound processing, including system uploads, coordination with 3PL partners, and warehouse booking-in processes.

  • Coordinate with B2B clients to ensure compliance with specific shipping instructions, prepare shipping documents and labels, manage customs submissions, upload to client portals, and oversee ship-outs with the warehouse/3PL.

  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience by handling return requests and claims resolutions with efficiency and care.

  • Proactively track B2B orders and go-live dates to ensure deliveries are smooth and launches are on-time

  • Collaborate closely with 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations, high service levels, and sufficient capacity allocation, especially during peak periods.

  • Drive continuous improvement of SOPs, SLAs, and KPIs to enhance efficiency, reduce operating costs, and maintain high service standards for B2B operations.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through structured engagement, including monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews, and on-site visits.

Your profile

  • 5+ years of professional experience in operations, fulfillment, or supply chain management, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or consumer goods sector.

  • Academic degree and/or professional training in operations, supply chain management or a related business field

  • Proven track record of managing B2B logistics, including experience with shipping, customs documentation, and 3PL coordination.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during peak periods.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients, stakeholders, and 3PL partners.

  • Strong proficiency in G Suite and/or MS Office applications, experience with Oracle NetSuite or other ERP systems is a strong plus

  • Hands-on mentality with a flexible and proactive approach; ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.

  • Start-up mindset with a can-do attitude and a solution-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written), German is a plus
