We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Officer to take on a key leadership role in our organization. This individual will play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining processes, and ensuring that the company runs efficiently across all departments. This is a hands-on position where you will directly impact the success and growth of the business by optimizing internal operations and overseeing strategic projects.
Aufgaben
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring business functions run smoothly and efficiently.
Take responsibility for internal process optimization, including administrative tasks and operational workflows.
Implement, optimize and administer a document management system as a key project.
Manage commercial operations, focusing on business process improvement and financial oversight.
Ensure the company is operating legally and effectively with the authority to sign off on necessary documentation.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define and execute the company's operational strategy.
Organize and structure office processes, bringing clarity and efficiency to the team.
Mentor and manage internal teams, driving performance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Take initiative as a proactive leader who is both hands-on and strategic, ready to solve problems and implement solutions.
Qualifikation
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen or BWL preferred).
Proven experience in an operational role, ideally in a senior commercial/administrative operations management capacity.
Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to oversee budgets and optimize financial processes.
Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and administrative optimizations.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who takes initiative to organize and structure the office environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines with a detail-oriented approach.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive company goals and foster a positive work culture.
English and German proficiency at business level
Familiarity with document management systems and business process automation is a plus.
