Position: Order Management Specialist (m/w/d)

Location: Bretten (Baden)
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the entire order process from receipt to delivery ensuring timely and accurate execution
  • Prepare, review, and follow up on quotations in close cooperation with relevant departments
  • Accurately enter, verify, and process orders within the ERP system
  • Serve as a knowledgeable contact person for customer inquiries regarding orders, products, and delivery schedules
  • Handle customer complaints efficiently in collaboration with the appropriate departments
  • Generate detailed reports and documentation for internal and external use
  • Participate actively in the continuous improvement of workflows and order processing procedures

Your Profile:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, office clerk, or equivalent)
  • Experience in order processing, quotation preparation, or customer support is advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus
  • Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and a structured approach to work
  • High degree of teamwork, reliability, and initiative
