Order Processing Specialist (m/w/d) – Customer Service & Coordination

Location: Kraichtal
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding inquiries about quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, and order status, both in writing and by phone, occasionally in English.
  • Accurately review and enter customer orders into the SAP system, including scheduling and document preparation.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and manage delivery plans, including electronic data interchange (EDI), and coordinate error resolution with relevant teams.
  • Develop tailored solutions to accommodate changing customer requirements or delivery conditions.
  • Prepare and track quotations based on our pricing models.
  • Support the accounts receivable process by assisting with dunning procedures in cooperation with the accounting department.
  • Maintain and update customer and order master data to ensure data accuracy.
  • Follow up on sales visits in coordination with the field sales team and sales management.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in sales support or order processing is advantageous.
  • Proficient in SAP, ideally with knowledge of the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.
  • Strong command of English language skills.
  • Organized, service-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Confident user of MS Office applications.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and own vehicle is a plus.
