Organizational Development Manager (m/f/d)
The overall objective of the Organizational Development team is to drive cultural and organizational change and transformation in the EMEA region. In this position, you will work closely together with business leaders at different levels.
Your primary responsibilities as a servant people leader will be
to coach and further develop a team of highly engaged Organizational Development experts to coordinate and prioritize business requests to make adequate use of your team's capabilities to supervise group work and continuous improvement process activities in a factory environment to co-lead together with the Employee Development Manager the two teams being responsible for Employee and Organizational Development to foster and leverage their close collaboration
Together with your team
you will implement company driven change and transformation initiatives at regional, country, or local level you will consult business leaders on organizational set-up, team structures, processes and productive ways of working together and facilitate workshops as needed you will drive People Engagement activities, like employee survey coordination and follow-up actions you will contribute to the development and roll out of employee and leadership development programs to support culture change, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives

you believe it's all about people and empowering them to bring up their strengths you understand how to be a leader in a self-organized and agile team you are strong in relating and communicating to people at all levels you have a pragmatic and solution-oriented working style with an innovative mindset you have at least 5 years of experience in organizational development and consulting with a systemic approach as well as an agile mindset ideally, you have demonstrated your people leader skills in previous leadership positions you are fluent in German and English language, both spoken and written you have a master's degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, pedagogics, social sciences or a comparable qualification and a strong commitment to life-long learning and skill enhancement
