Your responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and treating patients with orthopedic and trauma-related conditions
• Independent management of inpatient and outpatient care
• Developing and updating personalized treatment plans
• Participating in and performing surgeries of various complexities
• Engaging in interdisciplinary meetings and case discussions
• Conducting discharge examinations and detailed patient consultations
• Preparing concise medical reports and comprehensive discharge summaries
• Regular patient rounds including medication therapy reviews
• Participation in on-call duties including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Providing emergency care and quick response in urgent situations

Your profile:

• Board-certified specialist in orthopedic and trauma surgery (m/w/d) or advanced trainee in this field
• Experience in clinical specialist roles with a patient-centered approach
• Strong service orientation and commitment
• Ability to implement innovative measures and process improvements
