Your tasks at OPmobility:

• Ensure compliance with all HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies

• Monitor, stabilize and optimize paint processes

• Implement and maintain POMS and OPTIMAP standards

• Analyze process deviations and initiate corrective actions

• Test and validate technical solutions (e.g. new equipment, paint robots, supplier changes)

• Support new product and process launches

• Optimize processes regarding quality, waste, material usage, and energy efficiency

• Contribute to FMEA creation and ensure standardized work practices

• Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Quality, Production and Development teams

• Optionally: Program and manage paint robots

What you bring:

• Engineering degree (Chemical, Process, or Production Engineering) or equivalent professional experience

• 4–7 years of experience in industry, production or process engineering, ideally in plastic painting

• Strong technical understanding of paint systems and processes

• Experience in process analysis, problem-solving, and quality assurance

• Confident with computer systems and production software

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Good command of English, both written and spoken
