Position: Paving Production Operator & Quality Controller (m/w/d)
Location: Kronau (Baden)
Employment Type: Full-time, 2-shift system
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Your Responsibilities
- Operating automated paving stone production machinery with precision and care
- Monitoring production processes to ensure consistent product quality
- Performing regular quality inspections of paving stones
- Identifying and resolving operational disruptions promptly
- Assisting with routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep equipment running smoothly
- Collaborating with team members to optimize production workflows
Your Profile
- Completed technical training or equivalent qualification in a manual or industrial field (e.g., machine operator, mechanic, electrician) is advantageous
- Experience in operating automated production systems
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong technical understanding paired with a keen eye for quality
- Willingness to work in shifts
