As our new People & Capability Business Partner / Manager, you’ll be closely collaborating with business partners and head office colleagues and play a key role in shaping our Europe-wide operations and processes. This is a regional role within TFE Hotels Europe, supporting our growth in the UK market. With your passion for governance, quality and people development, you’ll strike the right balance between employee needs and business goals—helping us grow together.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the go-to person for Managers, colleagues as well as employees in all team-related, employment law and social matters
  • Supporting managers and team members with a positive, solution-oriented approach
  • Keeping things running smoothly, whether it’s coordinating with payroll offices, authorities, or health insurance companies as well as tax consultants and auditors, or representing P&C at events
  • Spotting optimization potential and making sure P&C standards are followed across the business
  • Balancing day-to-day operations with exciting projects that drive our growth
  • Potentially leading and guiding others in the team as we continue to expand

What makes you a great fit

  • A degree in Human Resources Management (or a comparable qualification)
  • Solid knowledge of employment and social law in UK and payroll and tax law best practice
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, you can juggle multiple projects with ease
  • Excellent communication skills in English and ideally in German
  • First leadership experience is a plus, and you’re open to growing into more responsibility
  • A natural team player: approachable, reliable, and always ready with a positive attitude
