The positions are limited to three years due to connection to a third-party funded project with the possibility of extension, starting as soon as possible.
Ihre Aufgaben Commitment to research on Aortic Disease in the labs of the TRR259 A written dissertation focusing on the research performed during the employment period Compulsory participation in the Research Training Group’s structured doctoral programme (including symposia, workshops, lectures, and seminars) and all events of the Research Training Group
Ihr Profil Diploma or master´s degree in a life-science-related discipline, such as molecular biomedicine, physiology, immunology, biochemistry or cell biology Highly motivated with a strong interest in cardiovascular disease Excellent command of written and spoken English, communication skills, and interdisciplinary thinking are essential Team-orientation Previous experience working with in vivo experimental models, flow cytometry, small animal models or gene sequencing is advantageous
