A reputable clinic in Wiesbaden is seeking to hire a Physician or Assistant Physician specializing in Palliative Medicine (m/w/d) immediately. The employment contract will be directly with the clinic employer. Doc PersonalBeratung facilitates contact with the employer and supports you throughout the entire hiring process until contract signing. Our advisory service is free of charge for you.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Medical consultation, treatment, and care of seriously ill and terminal patients
  • Medical consultation, treatment, and support for relatives in both inpatient and outpatient settings (including internal team rotations)
  • Close collaboration with family physicians
  • Close cooperation with nursing services
  • Ensuring effective communication and information exchange among all parties directly involved in patient care

Your Profile:

  • Experience in palliative medicine is desirable; the position is open to licensed physicians and assistant physicians in training
  • Alternatively, the role can be used as part of the training period towards acquiring the additional qualification in palliative medicine, with full authorization for further training available
  • Willingness to participate in on-call duties for palliative medicine; possession of a valid driving license (Class 3 or equivalent)
  • Strong teamwork skills and readiness for multiprofessional, interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Excellent communication and social skills, empathy
  • Commitment and enthusiasm for responsible and independent work
  • Proof of complete measles vaccination as required by law
