Precision Turning Specialist – Lathe Operations (m/w/d)

Location and Working Hours

• Location: Walzbachtal
• Employment type: Full-time, 2-shift system
• Working hours: 35 to 40 hours per week

Your Responsibilities

• Independently setting up and operating CNC-controlled lathes to manufacture precise components
• Monitoring production workflows and executing quality assurance measures to meet strict tolerances
• Programming and optimizing CNC machine controls, including experience with systems such as Heidenhain or Fanuc
• Performing regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth machine operation
• Collaborating with team members to continuously improve manufacturing processes and efficiency
• Adhering to safety guidelines and company standards during all production activities

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a precision machinist, manufacturing technician, or comparable qualification
• Proven experience with CNC lathe operation and programming
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and applying quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-oriented, independent working style
• Good communication skills and flexibility to work in a 2-shift system
