Position

We are currently looking for a Procurement and Office Administration Specialist (m/w/d) to join our Heilbronn office. This full-time role (35-40 hours per week) offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing procurement processes for direct and indirect materials and services, ensuring timely availability.
  • Monitor and coordinate supplier deliveries regarding schedules, quantities, and quality standards.
  • Support supplier selection and evaluation, including participation in price and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain and optimize procurement-related master data within ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Handle complaint management processes to resolve supplier issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement aligns with operational needs.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficient user of MS Office and familiar with ERP systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and responsibility.
  • Good command of German, both written and spoken.
