Position: Procurement Coordinator (m/w/d) for Print Media Solutions

Location: Bretten (Baden) Type of Employment: Day Shift

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate requests for quotations related to print media products such as labels, sleeves, cartons, and Bag-in-Box packaging with various suppliers.
  • Analyze and compare supplier proposals based on product specifications, print quality, and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication channels with suppliers and internal purchasing departments.
  • Plan, monitor, and ensure adherence to delivery schedules to support production timelines.
  • Assist in preparing framework agreements and maintain contract documentation accurately within SAP.
  • Create and update material master data in SAP to ensure data integrity.
  • Support project activities including trade fair participation, product launches, and packaging redesign initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with departments such as Marketing, Sales, Quality Management, Production, and Work Preparation to ensure seamless procurement processes.

Candidate Profile

  • Completed commercial or technical vocational training, for example as a technician in printing and media technology or industrial foreperson specializing in print media.
  • Genuine interest in print products and eagerness to deepen expertise in this specialized field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; SAP experience is advantageous.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Structured, independent, and goal-oriented working style.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
