Position: Procurement Specialist (m/w/d)

Location: Oberderdingen
Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift
Working Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with technical departments to define and clarify procurement needs and specifications.
• Manage the entire procurement cycle, including issuing requests for quotations, evaluating supplier offers, and processing purchase orders.
• Monitor delivery timelines and verify order confirmations to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Maintain and update supplier and material master data within the ERP system, ensuring data integrity.
• Conduct independent supplier market research to identify and assess potential new vendors.
• Prepare and support negotiation processes for purchasing conditions and contract finalizations.
• Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and payment processing.

Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training.
• Relevant experience in procurement or purchasing preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and experienced with ERP systems.
• Confident communicator in both written and verbal business interactions.
• High degree of initiative, self-reliance, and teamwork skills.
