About Us:

melu kids is the leading seller on Amazon in Europe, specializing in personalized name labels and stamps for kids. With a dedicated team of 7 core members and an in-house production team of about 10 people, we have rapidly grown to become the number one player in the personalized label market. We are now looking for a Junior- / Product Manager to expand our product range and successfully introduce new products to the market.

Tasks

Your Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Develop new products in the name sticker and name stamp sector and bring them to market. Identify new markets and launch innovative products beyond our current product range.
• Market Research: Identify trends and new product opportunities using a data-driven approach to continuously expand our portfolio, with a strong focus on Amazon and utilizing Amazon tools.
• Analysis & Optimization: Analyze existing products, identify improvements and oversee implementation.
• Sourcing & Supplier Management: Identify, request quotes, negotiate, and manage suppliers worldwide throughout the procurement process.
• Product Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legal requirements (e.g., safety standards, certifications).
• Project Management: Oversee the entire process from sourcing through production to a successful launch on Amazon.
• Collaboration with the Amazon Team: Work closely with our performance marketing and operations team to effectively source & market new products.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze market, competition, and sales data for strategic product development.

What We’re Looking For:

• Initial experience in product management, e-commerce, or Amazon FBA is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach.
• Experience in sourcing and working with international suppliers is a plus.
• Independent, proactive work style with a high level of ownership.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline).
• Language Skills: Professional-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Work Authorization & Location: The candidate must be able to work in Berlin.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce or Amazon FBA.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities and a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Sourcing & Supplier Management: Experience in working with international suppliers is a plus.
• Independence & Ownership: Proactive and self-driven work style with a high level of ownership.
• Project Management: Ability to manage complex projects from ideation to successful market launch.
• Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of product development, market analysis, and compliance requirements is an advantage.
