As the Product Manager, you are responsible for a specific area of the product, driving its strategy, execution, and continuous improvement to meet business goals and customer needs. You will own the success of your product area, ensuring it delivers measurable outcomes and drives business growth.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Using your understanding of the online advertising space, you will help define and implement product strategy in line with business objectives and client needs, driving innovation in advertising-focused app development.
• Roadmapping: Develop and communicate the product roadmap in alignment with the overall strategy, ensuring consistency with business goals and maximizing impact.
• KPI Ownership:Identify, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators to assess product success, guiding decisions that drive revenue growth and enhance user engagement.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX, marketing, sales, and engineering—throughout the entire product lifecycle, from discovery and strategy to execution and growth.
• Gather requirements: Collect and document stakeholder requirements, ensuring technical and user needs are clearly defined, well-structured, and aligned with business objectives.
• Execution: Work closely with the engineering team, particularly the engineering squad lead, to translate requirements into clear user stories, provide necessary clarifications, and ensure the successful delivery of product milestones throughout the development lifecycle.
• Release and learn: Manage the product release process, track its performance, analyze key metrics and user feedback, and iterate continuously to drive learning and improvement.
• Communication: Effectively communicate the product strategy, roadmap, goals, key updates, and outcomes across the company, serving as the face of your product area to ensure transparency and stakeholder alignment.

Requirements

At Bring! we have high ambitions and the vision to change the way our customers communicate with consumers. For this position, we are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and strategic thinking. You are the right fit if you have:

• More than three years of experience in product management within a technology-driven or related industry.
• Deep understanding of product development methodologies and processes.
• Strong familiarity with the tech and app ecosystem, including industry trends and mechanics.
• Preferably experienced in the (online) advertising sector with knowledge of key performance indicators.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong focus on growth and continuous learning.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, combined with a passion for creative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English for effective stakeholder collaboration.
