Ihre Aufgaben

- In your role as Product Manager (m/f/d) Cleaning and Disinfection Solutions (CDS), you take ownership for your business area of endoscope reprocessing and drive results in the context of our EMEA sales organization
- You develop and implement the EMEA marketing plan for your product area and actively steer the concept integration into the local markets
- You are responsible for managing your product portfolio - from product planning, product launch, life cycle management and product phase-out
- You develop innovative product and marketing strategies for our CDS products with the aim of raising marketing activities to a higher level
- You act as the counterpart for our local organizations and enable them to drive customer requests and projects forward
- You carry out extensive market and competition analyses
- You represent your products at customer visits, at specialist congresses and customer events
- You design and carry out training and education concepts for our sales representatives and customers in the field of CDS

Ihre Qualifikationen

- You have successfully completed your studies in Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- You have some initial professional experience in product management of medical / technical products in need of explanation; ideally experience in (endoscope) reprocessing or knowledge about disinfection products
- You have a very good command of English - both written and spoken
- You have an inspiring character and a strong business sense
- You are a strong team player
- Your strengths include negotiation skills, pronounced communication skills and an affinity for technologies
- You enjoy travelling up to 20%
