As Product Manager (m/f/d) in the payments and billing domain at ToolTime you'll spearhead the development of a product with the potential to reshape the future of tradespeople businesses. Joining our dynamic and fast-paced product team, you'll drive every stage of the product development process, from discovery to release.

Your Tasks ✨

• Drive the development and execution of our product strategy, reporting directly to the CPO to align on key initiatives and priorities
• Define a visionary strategy and roadmap for our billing and payments domain, aligned with our organizational and business goals
• Work closely with cross-functional peers in a dedicated product squad to craft innovative solutions that continually enhance customer value and satisfaction
• You will be the payments and billing expert for your squad as well as for the whole company to answer product-related questions on current and upcoming features
• Drive user research initiatives to gain insights into feature complexity and feasibility risks, ensuring we're always moving forward with informed decisions
• Identify and overcome bottlenecks to optimize speed and value delivery, all while balancing the needs of internal stakeholders
• Monitor, analyze, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and product development progress to key stakeholders
• Cultivate strong relationships and open communication channels to ensure alignment, successful product delivery, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

Your Profile

• 2+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, ideally in a B2B/SaaS startup
• Fluent in English and German (to carry out user research with German customers)
• Proven success in building innovative billing and payment solutions that drive customer satisfaction and differentiate us from competitors
• Strong ability to use data-driven insights and emerging payment technologies to create user-centered billing processes that boost retention and revenue
• Skilled at setting and achieving ambitious goals in collaboration with the team, while independently driving initiatives that align with company objectives
• Exceptional prioritization and continuous improvement mindset
• Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills with a passion for delivering high-quality product features
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
