The Product Owner for Viessmann’s "Climate as a Service" (CaaS) offering is responsible for the overall conceptual, strategic, operational, and sales management of the service. This role requires developing and expanding the CaaS service while maintaining the highest quality standards and growing the offering in both German and international markets. The Product Owner also provides technical and disciplinary leadership to the team, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and fostering a customer-focused service approach.
Your impact- Scale and optimize the CaaS offering in Germany and internationally, aligning with Viessmann’s strategic goals and customer needs.
- Provide operational support, establish routines, and collaborate with the SeSo Sales Team to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure top service quality and customer satisfaction, handling escalations and process improvements.
- Develop and manage the CaaS P&L, ensuring profitable growth.
- Identify growth opportunities and develop business cases for CaaS expansion.
- Acquire and maintain key customer and installer partnerships, driving international business growth.
- Analyze KPIs, enhance reporting, and use data-driven insights to improve business models and decision-making.
- Lead, coach, and support a multidisciplinary team, making key hiring decisions and ensuring team development.
Who you are- Professional background and experience in the HVAC industry, ideally in business development, sales, or a technical role.
- Proven ability to lead teams in highly operational environments, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in identifying growth potentials for SaaS business models and translating them into actionable business cases.
- Ability to make well-founded decisions quickly based on complex business development issues.
- Solid understanding of business models and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working in an international market and scaling business offerings across borders.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with a deep understanding of profit and loss management.
- Excellent customer relationship management, with a focus on improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Proficient in German and English.
