Join us as a Production Machine Operator & Process Coordinator (m/w/d) in Knittlingen, working full-time in a 2-shift system with 35-40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities include independently operating and monitoring advanced production machinery and equipment, setting up and adjusting machines according to production requirements, performing minor maintenance and repairs to ensure operational readiness, overseeing production quality by adhering to defined standards, documenting production data and reporting malfunctions, and collaborating closely with technical and quality teams to optimize processes.

Your profile: Completed vocational training as a machine operator, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or comparable qualification; practical experience in machine operation and production environments; strong technical understanding and a careful, structured working style; flexibility and willingness to work in a 2-shift system; good German language skills (minimum B-level); team spirit, reliability, and commitment.
