We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position as "Project Categorization and Certification Support" (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- On behalf of the leaders of the Categorization and Certification projects, be responsible for all relevant Project Management activities for the major project
- Support project execution in time, delivery, quality and cost. In particular, steer the project team and provide project management with a clear integrated and consolidated view on progress, risks and budget status
- Be responsible for the full monitoring & controlling and performance management including harmonization of processes & methods
- Develop plans for stakeholder management for the complete project
- Support the project leaders in change management vision and implementation. Be responsible for a robust change implementation planning and monitoring
- Report to the Project Categorization and Certification Manager and also operationally support the categorization process of projects in Airbus Commercial
- Support the PM certification
- Support the operation of a project categorization database, ensuring data consistency and completeness
- Support the generation of a monthly Management Report / set of standard KPIs on operational progress both within BC department and towards the business coordinators
Your profile:
- Completed degree in Construction Project Management, a technical degree, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or International Management or a comparable qualification
- Over 4 years of professional experience in project management
Airbus experience is mandatory
Good knowledge of change management
Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and Google Workspace
Advanced Germane language skills
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of stakeholder management and project lifecycle management
