We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Project Leader (m/f/d) Site Management".

Your tasks:

• Define and Lead Site Projects along Project management standards
• Support the project leaders of the site management team, actively exchange on site related development topics among all functional areas on site in the frame of the assigned projects
• Lead the Manching High5+ Initiatives through the respective steering board
• Lead the company sponsoring activities
• Align site development activities with Site Coordination Group
• Maintain a site internal network in order to facilitate the realization of the strategic site plan
• Support the company complying with the corporate social responsibilities
• Represent the site in front of external and internal guests and visitors, steer the development of the company to become a modern work place by driving dedicated improvement initiatives (Better Workplace)

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, Business adminstration, Economics or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in the field of project Management
• Insights on regional, political, economic and governmental structures are required
• Very good knowledge of MS-Office
• Experience with SAP is an advantage
• Fluent in German and English
