We are specialised in finding top startup talent in areas like sales, finance, and tech for high-growth, VC-backed startups, and scaleups in Germany. Our vast network (WHU, Uni Mannheim, Stanford GSB) helps us find talent quickly. Our founder is a serial entrepreneur who founded a venture fund and has worked at companies like Goldman Sachs, HV Capital, Rocket Internet, and others. He is also an active angel investor. Tasks

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the execution of all recruitment projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with our recruitment team and founder to ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and execute recruitment projects from start to finish
• Develop project plans and schedules, identifying key performance indicator and tracking progress
• Coordinate the recruitment team and distribute feedback on the hiring process between clients and recruiter.
• Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects meet their expectations
• Communicate project progress and results to the founder and clients
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance project management capabilities

Requirements

• Apprenticeship or Bachelor's degree in business a business related field
• Prior experience in project management, ideally in the recruitment or HR industry
• You have great English communication skills and are preferably fluent in German
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with common software applications
• Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
