We offer exciting projects at our renowned customer Airbus Operations and we are looking for a motivated employee for the position "Project Manager (m/f/d) Digitalization".

Your tasks:

• Implementing & supporting digital solutions (e.g. Customer Line Execution System tool) in our daily operations
• Optimizing & digitizing our processes as well as increasing overall efficiency
• Learn and understand how our Customer Line business operates from start to finish
• Develop a deep operational needs understanding Be responsible to maintain efficiency and quality in our workplace remit through actively understanding the gap between theoretical process and actual habits and ways of working
• Evaluate current business practices (internal and external), looking for ways to improve productivity, simplicity and customer service excellence
• Actively listen to understand the root-cause of problems Be able to translate operational requirements into process optimization needs as well as digital solution approaches

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in the field of Customer Service, process planning and Process improvement
• Experience in the field of digitalization and implementation of digital solutions
• Good knowledge of process Management
• Good knowledge in Python
• Fluent in English and German
• French is an advantage
