Your tasks:

• Manage development projects in the Cabin Electronic portfolio
• Take ownership of stakeholder management
• Provide the support to Airbus development teams to deliver on time, on quality, and on cost
• Ensure that all product lifecycle factors—including production, maintenance, and the supply chain—are optimized
• Ensure Airbus Buxtehude delivers highly competitive, mature, and end-to-end optimized products

Your profile:

• Completed studies in project management, electrical engineering, computer science, engineering, aerospace, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in the field of:
  • Engineering and Development
  • IT / Information Systems
  • Supplier management
  • Aerospace
  • Project Leadership and Project Management
  • Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Stakeholder Management
• Knowledge in change management and risk management
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• Business fluent English skills
• Advanced German skills
• Leadership skills, including conflict resolution, team motivation, and accountability for challenges until resolution
