Your Responsibilities

As a project manager specialized in electrical substation systems, you will oversee the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of installation and maintenance projects within medium, high, and extra-high voltage environments. Your role includes leading multidisciplinary teams on-site across various locations in Germany, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and quality guidelines throughout all project phases.

• Manage and organize construction sites focused on medium, high, and extra-high voltage switchgear installations
• Independently supervise installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities nationwide
• Provide technical leadership and training to team members, ensuring work quality and adherence to project specifications
• Ensure strict compliance with occupational safety regulations, technical norms, and quality standards in accordance with DGUV V1

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician for operational technology or an equivalent qualification in electrical engineering
• Proven professional experience with medium and high voltage switchgear systems
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and leadership capabilities
• High willingness to travel and work on-site, along with a valid Class B driving license
